Cesaro is no longer with the WWE.

Cesaro is no longer with the WWE: PWInsider is reporting that Cesaro will be quietly exiting WWE after his contract expires.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com and Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, WWE and Cesaro failed to agree to a new deal.

As a result, the 41-year-old is now a free agent. The termination of his contract means that he too will not be subject to any non-compete clauses, according to Johnson.

Cesaro is reportedly free to sign with anyone because he is not under any kind of non-compete clause because of the termination of the agreement.

Cesaro last fought Happy Baron Corbin on the February 11 edition of SmackDown, which he lost. Swiss Superman wrestled in just 5 matches in 2022, and lost all – losing to Sheamus and Ridge Holland in WWE Day 1 with his tag team partner Ricochet, along with Mansoor on January 14 SmackDown included a fatal 4-way loss to The Viking Raiders, teaming up with Ricochet for a two-Day 1 rematch loss on the SmackDown Show on January 28 and February 4, and then losing to Corbin on February 11.

Cesaro is a former United States Champion and Tag Team Champion in WWE. Last year at WrestleMania, he scored a signature win over Seth Rollins and later faced Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship in 2021. Cesaro last wrestled for WWE on February 11.
