Charlotte Flair vs Ronda Rousey ‘I Quit’ match CONFIRMED for Backlash

Charlotte Flair vs Ronda Rousey ‘I Quit’ match CONFIRMED for Backlash: Even though Charlotte Flair asked Ronda Rousey to go to the back of the line on SmackDown last night (April 8), everyone knew that Rousey had one for the Blue Brand’s rematch of their WrestleMania 38 clash for the Women’s Title.

After Charlotte Flair declined the challenge, Rousey petitioned foMr a rematch, and WWE made it official on today’s episode of Talking Smack.

It was a good case. When Ronda tapped out Flair, there wasn’t a “conscious” referee to end the match when she did. By the time the former UFC star got an official back in the game, she went from champion to one kick.

The two faced off at WrestleMania in Dallas a week ago. Flair retained his wwe smackdown whoman championship, although Rousey did manage to submit to Flair, despite the referee being incapacitated. After an uncontrollable submission, Flair pinned Rousey in the face with a running boot.

Rousey initially earned the title shot at WrestleMania by winning the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble match, which she did as a surprise entrant from 28th place. He eliminated Flair to win the match.

WrestleMania Backlash will take place on Sunday, May 8 at Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Providence, RI. No other match has been announced yet.
