WWE WrestleMania Backlash 2022 results: This year’s WWE WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view began with Seth “Freakin” Rollins playing Cody Rhodes in a rematch of WrestleMania 38

Cody Rhodes returned to WWE last month at WrestleMania 38 after defeating Seth Rollins, ensuring that his return was a success in the short term.

But will he be able to keep it going with a win in the rematch at WrestleMania Backlash tonight (Sunday, May 8, 2022) at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island

This match would have been better than his at WrestleMania. There were too many close falls and upsides to hold.

At one point, Rhodes broke out with a pedigree and the match ended with everyone trying to roll the other over.

Rollins lost when Rhodes pinned him while holding a handful of tights, which Rollins had tried a few seconds earlier.

At the end of the match, it seems that their quarrel is not over yet.
